Calles them at 6 am after the coldest night of the year and was greeted with a real representiative who shared my concerns. They scheduled that day. The Tech was great and knowledgable. He quickly had my furnace up and running and found some other issues concerning safety and immediately rescheduled to come out the next day to make the final repairs. The cost was much less than i expected which was great. Highly recommendthem for your HVAC needs.
Diagnostic Service Call- RHEEM system. Customer states unit not cooling found 35/5 capacitor at 34/0 replaced at customer request unit still not kicking on went to furnace and found voltage at 8.7 at yellow and 8.5 at red. Furnace works in heating mode, but voltage not accurate checked 120 volts coming in to furnace, reading at 0, but furnace still works in heat mode furnace is oil burning. requesting senior tech for further diagnostic leaving capacitor on, charge for it or take it off once further diagnostic takes place
